Horticulture, Sheep & Goats Enterprise Budgets

Funding from the University of Nebraska Rural Initiative supports Roger Wilson of the Department of Agricultural Economics, who has created budgets using an Excel spreadsheet for selected horticultural crops (including some grown using a high-tunnel) and for small animal production. In addition, a “Local marketCALC” spreadsheet was created to enable local food marketers to analyze their marketing channels. To access these spreadsheets or a pdf version, click here.
